“Andrew started work for Seddon on the Gable Drive project in early June of this year. From the very beginning Andrew has been very reliable and conscientious and an asset to the site.

Andrew has set out the entire site for the foundations to all the plots as well as locating the positioning of the plots within the site boundaries. He has set all the foundation levels for both depth of dig and top of concrete. He has also set out all the brickwork on the foundations for the bricklayers to work to.

On top of all his setting out duties Andrew has been of great assistance to me with the take offs and ordering of materials from amounts of concrete required to bricks and blocks etc.
